V40 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the v40 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By registering an account or using any part of the v40 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document, along with all related policies that may be updated from time to time. If you do not agree with any of these provisions, you are not permitted to use the v40 platform.
Use of the v40 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following requirements:
- Aged 18 or above at the time of registration
- Must be a Malaysian citizen or legal resident
- Not listed on any self-exclusion programme or betting ban
- Register under your own name and not on behalf of any third party
- Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
V40 reserves the right to request document verification at any time to confirm a user's eligibility. Accounts that fail to meet these requirements are subject to suspension or closure without prior notice.

Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. This includes your full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and mobile number. v40 reserves the right to decline registration or suspend an account if the information provided is found to be inaccurate or misleading. Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at any given time.
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. v40 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat. Any activity on your account is deemed authorized by you. If you suspect any security breach, please contact our support immediately at [email protected].
Users are prohibited from doing the following while using the v40 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Cheating, manipulating game outcomes, or colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage
- Using the platform for any illegal activity, including money laundering
- Opening more than one account for the purpose of abusing promotions or bonuses
- Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to use your account
Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the v40 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), and direct bank transfers from major Malaysian banks. v40 does not accept cash payments or anonymous financial instruments.
Deposits are typically credited to your account within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to successful identity verification. v40 reserves the right to request supporting documents — including a copy of your ID or bank statement — when processing withdrawals above certain amounts.
Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from a legitimate source and are not derived from any unlawful activity. v40 may freeze accounts and report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities where necessary.
- All transactions in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit)
- Minimum deposit: RM10 (varies by method)
- Withdrawals processed to the original deposit method

- Funds accepted only from legitimate sources
Limitation of Liability and Account Suspension Policy
V40 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use our platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, service disruptions due to necessary maintenance, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control. v40 makes no guarantee that the service will be available without interruption at all times.
V40 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Breach of these terms and conditions
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity detected
- Bonus or promotion abuse
- Request from legal authorities
- Falsification of registration information
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Applicable Law
All content on the v40 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the property of v40 or its third-party content providers and is protected under Malaysian copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction, redistribution, or modification of any such content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
The v40 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. v40 does not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website. Users access such links at their own risk and are encouraged to review the relevant third-party terms separately.
V40 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the website. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising shall be referred to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
